Rules/Terms and Conditions
All of the following rules must be followed in order to receive the prize. If they are not, you will be disqualified. If someone is disqualified for any reason, the tin will be re-hidden, and everybody will get another shot at finding it.
- Respect other players and Respect all property. The tin will not be hidden on any private property. (Unless we explicitly state that it is on private property.) The tin will not be buried, so please do not bring a shovel and pick axe, and start an archeological dig in a local park. The tin may be under some leaves, or under a tuft of grass, but it will not be buried. You will be disqualified if any property is damaged in any way.
- You must sign up to play. You must fill out the sign up form, as well as complete any other required steps to be fully qualified to play. The prize will not be awarded to anybody who finds the tin, but did not sign up and was not fully qualified.
- If you find the tin, you must report it to FindTheTin.com within 24 hrs of finding it.
- If the tin disappears, but nobody turns it in to claim the prize, a new tin will be hidden in a new location. The prize amount will remain at the current amount.
- Inside the tin will be a certificate with a validation number, this is what will have to be submitted to FindTheTin.com, in order to receive the prize.
- The winner of the competition is responsible for paying any federal, state and local taxes on the collected prize.
- All participants agree that FindTheTin.com, RadRenter.com, LLC, and it's owners and partners, will have no liability whatsoever, and will be held harmless by participants for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of the prizes or participation in this contest.
- Employees and immediate family members of FindTheTin.com are not eligible.

To be fully qualified, complete the sign up form on the sign-up page. You also have to join RadRenter/Social. It's where the clues will be posted. It's free to join.
